  Education  came into being  ever since  the creation  of  living beings . My  topic of discussion is human education. In this  precise article I want to discuss today's  academic system of education , it's achievement and  failure. 

     Today's  age is the hi tech  age of  science  technology  and management . One's  skill  invariably lies  in  his  rational brain  tongue  and  whole physique. There certainly are  different and enormous  kinds of education. All are  right kinds of education.
Formal academic education is  the  foundation  of  literacy  and one of the  prime education  systems.

    
     Despite  thousands  of  efforts  the  standard  of  formal  academic  education  is  heavily  and   shamefully being   degraded  in  big  rapidly  developing  nations.  


It  is  one of the most vital  problems  to  be  solved  provided   righteous  and  most rational  measures  have to be adopted .
It  can  be done  easily  provided  the systems and policies   must  have to be  implemented  considering the  greater  interest  of  public  children  nation society and future  etc. 


Now  let  me  humbly  suggest  some  very  vital  ways and means. First  I  want  to show so many serious  faults  in formal academic education  as  I believe.


Privatisation  of   the  formal  academic  education  of  a  nation  and  its  commercialisation .


Education  is  in  the hand  of   inexpert   inexperienced  and  under qualified  semi qualified  less  qualified  not enough qualified  witless  non creative  thoughtless  persons.


Teachers   are  very  often  extra  burdened  with  other  government  works  and  tasks .


Mid  day  meal . Less  government  school . Lesser  faculty  and  other ministerial  staff.  More  and  more  students.

   
Making  formal  academic  education  compulsory . All  pass  system. Very poor and  improper  valuation of  answers .

Heavy  unnecessary  courses  of  studies .  Improper  and  inadequate  syallabi  and   non  methodical  question  setting .


Inclination  and  interest  of  a student  and  learner  is  never  judged  and  taken into account.  Education is  made  unnecessarily compulsory  to students  and   heavily  burdened  on them.


 An  over populous  large  democratic multi  religious nation  is  a  devastating  disturbance  a turbulent  calamity  lawlessness  and  a  burning  disorder. Formal  academic  education shall  never  and  never  flourish   unless  it  is  strict  and  lawful.


  
  In  a  vast  third  world   or  in  a  developing  nation   well  teaching  of   the  English  language  is a must and  inevitable .

 Letting  in  English  medium  private  schools  shall  never  do  unless  students  are  taught  by  well  trained  teachers   of  native  speakers  of  English .

One  of  the greatest  drawbacks  of  formal  academic  literacy  or  even  say  education is  want  of  verbal  communication  skills  in English  in  teachers  and  students  as  well.


    Right  from  6th  class  onwards students  should be taught all  the academic  subjects  in  English language  only. They  may  be allowed to answer questions in their vernacular languages but they are to write and speak  all technical terms ,words and phrases in English only. Thus gradually they can well develope very good communication skills and promptness.


   Today's  age  is the age of extremities , challenge , science, technology and  whole  systems  management. Now a days  one's  ability  lies  in one's  best  resources like  practical knowledge, ready wit ,right decision making ability , experience and tongue .

    Academic  book  burden has got to be lessened.
Implementation of  General  Studies  along with  some respective important subjects  in accordance with the concerned standard to the end  of secondary education  shall ever  suit  today's  demand. Unnecessary , outdated , unwanted , backdated , obsolete , least utility , useless , vain demand less  boring  subjects must be abolished .

  Irrational growth of population has ever to be strongly suppressed . It is an explosive to ruin a nation . Neither much nor too less is ever very healing . It's too true to all academic  education. Academic  education  should never be universally free. Irrational  growth of students in class rooms  surely destroys the dignity of  education, institution ,teachers and students  quite like the social atmosphere of a very multi populous nation  and if the same is compared to  human body  it's like high blood pressure. 

  There  always  are   enormous  kinds of  demanded  and accredited  educations . The sphere of education  is  never  finite. All are students and all are learners . Learning never ceases expansion and continuation  as  the knowledge is truly infinite. There are countless fields of knowledge. Any one can  very easily make prosperity in  any  field of knowledge.


  All  education must be  inclination , dedication and interest based .

   Education  differs  from  mere  literacy in all respects . Liberate  erudites  are very easily seen and even can be created everywhere .

Spreading  mere  helpless literacy is never the only goal of education . All people have latent talent to learn everything . Illiterates  can be made fully conscious of the earth, society , environment , politics , food  medicine  health policies  politics and  about good and bad  exclusively to particular person. It's  pure adult education .


    Growing developing consciousness is the first step of education.


     Irrespective  of    line  of  higher academic  degrees   lack of common sense , right judgement, and  right consciousness  is  utterly meaningless and  folly .
